![]() We won't make the mistake of booking with Supershuttle again.Valid code but only for round trip. In the end we paid for a premium service, and got to our hotel well after any of the much less expensive options. There's still a problem with that story, since it means she left downtown Denver five minutes before we arrived at the curb for a drive that takes 25-30 minutes, meaning she was going to be 20-25 minutes late regardless. When we say we were waiting for an hour and fifteen minutes she says the construction caused her trip to take an hour and twenty minutes. The driver says "sorry" but then just makes continual excuses mostly having to do with "pop up/no notice construction" that delayed her. A few minutes later the vehicle shows up on the map and is still in downtown Denver! The vehicle finally arrived at 8:30 pm, over an hour and twenty minutes after we landed. I call the driver (we'd been waiting about thirty minutes by this point) and she says she is stuck in traffic. After about twenty minutes I check the "where's my ride site" only to find the vehicle was not to be found anywhere between the airport and the hotel in downtown. The person I talked to hung up on me as I was trying to move to a better spot to listen to her given all the background vehicle noise in the area (though she had also been no help up till that point). ![]() The first person my wife talked to was no help. Not that talking to anyone is any better. That number is mostly voice menus you have to navigate through for several minutes before you get to talk to anyone. The website provides a link to email, though we eventually manage to find a number to call. Getting ahold of Supershuttle is not easy. We checked up and down the row, but none of the driver's were ours. Though it was only about 7:15 pm there was no one at the kiosk. Our flight arrived just a few minutes early and we followed the directions provided by Supershuttle to check in at the kiosk at the limo island. We booked an Execucar with Supershuttle thinking it would provide a fast and relaxing ride to our hotel in downtown Denver. They will hear more from me demanding payment of my unexpected taxi bill due to their horrible service and disregard for customers. There is no excuse for this kind of treatment. I submitted a complaint, and SuperShuttle's response was to refund my payment (so what - by law they have to) and a second email "To encourage you to ride with us again I will be issuing you a one-time discount code for 10% off on a future travel." REALLY? What shoddy customer service. I had to call a taxi and paid $77.85 to get to DIA to make my flight. I called and talked to the dispatcher, telling her I had paid for this ride and was relying on their service to get to the airport to catch my flight. I was shocked to be canceled at the last minute. At 3 pm, I received a text that said "Due to unfortunate cicumstances we are forced to cancel your reservation due to no vehicles in the area, fully refunded. I got a notice on my SuperShuttle ap that my shuttle was coming for my scheduled pickup at 3 pm. However, the trouble came on Monday January 14th. My shuttle service from DIA to my mom's house on January 11th was fine. I reserved and paid for my round trip service a week ahead. NEVER AGAIN! I used their service the weekend of January 12th, 2019. I have used SuperShuttle in Denver for a number of years, relying on their shuttle service from DIA to my mom's house in SE Denver.
